I'm Wioletta. 8 years ago, I was fighting with my team and management to get my ideas through and banging my head with no results. I was working hard to get recognition and hoping to be considered for a promotion and probably close to burn-out.

Since then, I have transformed my approach. I built from scratch an internal consulting unit within a big bank.
I deployed a series of innovation workshops across the whole organisation and externally at large conferences.
I created my own business to reach a larger audience and offer this knowledge to more.
At that time, the lock down came and forced us to navigate.
